AnnaMax AI provides AI tools: translation, image generation, video generation, character creation, and related features. Features may change or stop at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live).

3. Accounts & plans

Some features may need an account or paid plan. Keep your login safe. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to:

Break the law
Create or share child sexual abuse material or content that exploits minors
Harass, threaten, defame, or dox others
Commit fraud or scams
Make malware, weapons instructions, or other high-risk harmful content
Infringe copyrights or other rights
Abuse or reverse-engineer the Service

We may remove content or ban users who violate this.

5. AI outputs

AI outputs may be wrong or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use them. Not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

6. Your content

You keep rights to your prompts and uploads. You must own or have rights to anything you upload. We process inputs only to run the Service.

7. Third parties

We use third-party AI providers. Their rules and uptime also apply.

8. Payments

Paid plans (if any) are described on Pricing and at checkout. Unpaid bills may remove paid features.

9. Disclaimer

Service is provided “as is” without warranties.

10. Liability

To the max extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
